1. Subscription and Payments

Anima offers free access with limited features, as well as a premium plan (Anima Pro) to unlock all advanced features.

📌 Subscription options:

• Annual subscription: €59.99/year (discounted), with a 7-day free trial.
• Monthly subscription: €7.99/month, with a 3-day free trial.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers may be made available temporarily. No retroactive refunds will be granted in case of price drops or special offers.

📌 Billing:

• Payment is charged via your App Store account upon purchase confirmation.
• Each subscription includes its own free trial period. Any unused trial time will be forfeited at the end of the trial period, even if it’s not used.

2. Subscription Management

• Anima is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use is strictly prohibited.
• It is forbidden to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, product, or service obtained through the app.
• Any attempt at reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code is prohibited.
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless the user disables auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal is charged at the original subscription price within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
• No refunds will be issued for the current subscription period.

3. Intellectual Property

• Anima and all its content (interface, design, texts, graphics, code, etc.) are the exclusive property of Shuriken Apps.
